Our Story
ELEMENTS was established in 2023 by Retired Chief Engineer Krishnan BTV, leveraging his extensive project experience with organizations such as the Sports Kerala Foundation, Coastal Area Development Corporation, and Harbour Engineering Department-Government of Kerala. Our diverse team of experts specializes in Architectural Design, Structural Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Design, Project Management, and Project Feasibility Studies.

Krishnan BTV
Krishnan BTV, Chief Consultant, and founder of Elements brings a wealth of diverse experience in general civil construction and infrastructure projects spanning Sports, Tourism, Education, Health, Fisheries, Harbours, Housing, and more. With an impressive 32-year tenure serving in key roles such as Chief Engineer at esteemed organizations including the Kerala Harbour Engineering Department, Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation, and Sports Kerala Foundation, Krishnan has demonstrated exceptional leadership. Throughout his career, he successfully led major projects, launched initiatives, and significantly contributed to organizational development.
Krishnan’s expertise in Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, and Planning makes him a valuable asset, leading teams to remarkable achievements in the field.
Sreedevi Krishnan
Sreedevi Krishnan, a talented young architect based in the USA, holds a B.Arch degree from TKM College of Engineering and a maters degree in Architecture from the University of Houston, Texas.
With experience at renowned firms like Atkins Global, Gensler, Lionakis etc. Sreedevi brings a global perspective to her work. Her expertise will be a valuable asset to ELEMENTS, providing comprehensive support in architectural and landscape design projects.
Jayan Attampully
Jayan AM, the town planning consultant at ELEMENTS, holds a Masters in Town Planning from Anna University (1989) and boasts over three decades of extensive experience in urban planning. With a robust background that includes significant roles with the Government of Kerala, Kozhikode Corporation, and Calicut Development Authority, Jayan has demonstrated a proven track record in urban design and planning. His wealth of expertise extends to conceiving innovative project concepts in urban development, making him a valuable asset to our team.
Tomy CPL
Tomy has over 34 years of experience in the civil and structural engineering domain with Oil & Gas Industry, Petrochemicals, Power, and Infrastructure projects in the Middle East and India. He has previously worked for Qatar Petroleum, Veco Engineering, Mott MacDonald, Stone & Webster, Derby Design, and Agrawal & Associates. Tomy has experience in engineering of projects through entire project life cycle, covering from project initiation, scope management, tender documentation, tendering, technical bid evaluation, review and approval of engineering deliverables, construction support, site inspections, handing over and project coordination. He also has strong skills in structural analysis, design and detailing of structures. Tomy will be supporting EELMENTS in all the structural design assignments.
